Open the order-status link in your order confirmation, if you received one. For an update from our team, message us on WhatsApp or email support@mwalye.co.ke with your order number and the name used at checkout.
Need to change an address or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order's current status and explain what can still be changed.
Paying on delivery
If you selected pay on delivery, keep your phone available so delivery arrangements can be made. Check your order summary for the amount due.
Something wrong with your order?
Tell us what happened and include a photo if it helps explain the issue. Never send passwords, card details or payment PINs.
